Greetings all-

I'm looking into putting together a large group vacation. About 100-150 people.
I'd like a resort area with lots of little cute cabanas to rent and restaurants in walking distance.

I'd also like to bring a band along and find an outdoor venue to book for two nights of music open to both the group and other vacationers.

Queops, Costa Rica comes to mind, but a lot of those motels are up that big hill and require taxi's or shuttles everywhere. Anyone have any ideas?
Caye Caulker, Belize, Roatan, Honduras?

The area should appeal to hippies, families and scuba divers.

Funny! Last night we had a huge concert here in Belize!!! Although I think the bands and their entourage were somewhat less than 100 people. I wonder if Caye Caulker could handle it all... I'm sure that if some people didn't mind camping that it would work fine. San Ignacio can handle that amount of people, and there are many places you could have a concert for pretty cheap. Might have to rent a sound system if you need one, of course. The groups last night brought their own stage, and a kick ass sound board too! Impressive. When would the concert be? If it's not busy season, then costs can be kept down.
    Good luck,
